Ibanez AX230T AX Series Electric Guitar w/ VibratoIbanez
Ibanez has built a solid reputation as a company committed to offering quality instruments to players at all levels. The AX230T is a great example of this dedication. The AX230T guitar features a poplar body, a maple neck, and a treated New Zealand pine fingerboard, offering great tonal diversity. A trio of Classic Elite humbucking pickups delivers solid warm humbucking tone in all three positions, offering warm low end and hot, crisp midrange bite for lead playing. An electronics package with two volume controls, two tone controls, and a 3-way toggle switch also provides many sonic options for shaping your own unique style and approach. Guitarists all around will appreciate the Ibanez AX230T for its playability and affordability.
Condition: When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issues found by the authorized refurbisher were some finish flaws on the fretboard and a minor paint blemish on the edge of the top (see photos). No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. Aside from these minor cosmetic flaws, the guitar looks mint. When we received the guitar, we set the action at the 12th fret to a low and fast 3/64" on both the bass and treble sides. Guitar plays great with this low-action set-up! Electronics and vibrato are in perfect working order. Back of the headstock is NOT stamped "used", but the original serial # has been replaced with a new one.

About our set-ups: We do our best to accurately describe the current set-up and playability of each guitar. However, due to temperature and humidity changes the guitar may experience while in transit, it's possible for the neck and body to slightly "adjust" along the way. After all, guitars are primarily wooden instruments that are highly susceptible to their environment. By the time you receive the guitar, un-box it and tune it up, you may find that it needs a slight adjustment to get it back to the set-up specs that we originally described in our listing. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
